Lambert and Crockrom Earn More Honors

Baylor's Sheila Lambert and Danielle Crockrom were named third-team and fourth team All-America, respectively, by Women's Basketball Journal.
Lambert, a 5-7 junior guard from Seattle, Wash., averages 22.6 points, 5.4 rebounds 6.11 assists and 3.11 steals en route to earning third-team All-America honors. She leads the Big 12 in scoring and ranks fifth nationally in scoring. Crockrom, a 6-2 forward from Houston, in earning fourth-team honors maintains averages of 21.6 points and 11.9 rebounds a game. She leads the Big 12 in rebounding and is third in scoring and ranks fourth in rebounding and 10th in scoring nationally.
The duo earned the same honors from the Women's Basketball News Service last week. In addition, Lambert was named Big 12 Newcomer of the Year by the league's coaches and both Lambert and Crockrom were named first-team All-Big 12.
