Former Bear David Hodge Plays in Australian Open

WACO, Texas - Former Baylor all-American David Hodge lost Wednesday in the first round of the doubles portion of the Australian Open.
Hodge, who earned all-America status for his doubles play at Baylor in 2000, teamed with former Fresno State star Peter Luczak. Both were playing in their home country of Australia.
Hodge/Luczak lost to Wayne Arthurs and Michael Hill, the No. 15 seed, 2-6, 6-3, 8-6.
