Greenleaf Dismissed From Basketball Team

WACO, Texas - Wendell Greenleaf has been dismissed from the Baylor basketball team, head coach Dave Bliss announced Monday.

"We wish Wendell well," Bliss said. "We tried to understand and work with Wendell. We think a new start in another location would be best for him."

Greenleaf was originally suspended last July. Greenleaf was recruited to Baylor in 1998 by former head coach Harry Miller. He played three seasons, started 44 games and averaged 9.3 points per game.
