WACO, Texas - Baylor junior outside hitter Stevie Nicholas is this week's featured collegiate volleyball player on Rollshot.com, one of the nation's most in-depth volleyball websites.

Nicholas, who currently leads the Big 12 Conference in kills per game (5.43), service aces per game (0.90) and points per game (6.81), was named co-MVP along with teammate Tisha Schwartz at last weekend's Baylor Classic. She has recorded at least 10 kills in 17 consecutive matches dating back to last season, and she has been the conference kills leader in 31 out of 32 weeks during her career.

Baylor (3-3) returns to action this weekend at the Rhode Island Classic in Kingston, R.I. The Bears face host Rhode Island at 6 p.m. CDT Friday with Saturday matches against Northeastern at 11:30 a.m. and Utah State at 3:30 p.m.
