Ebony Jackson Dismissed from Basketball Team

WACO, Texas - Ebony Jackson has been dismissed from Baylor's women's basketball team for repeated violations of team policy, head coach Kim Mulkey-Robertson announced Wednesday.
"I am sorry it didn't work out for Ebony here at Baylor. We wish her the best in the future," said Mulkey-Robertson.
The 5-5 sophomore started in 15 games this season for the 16th-ranked Lady Bears. The point guard averaged 6.3 points, 1.4 rebounds, 3.44 assists and 20.4 minutes a game. Jackson, a graduate of Sam Houston High School in Arlington, Texas, started in 14 games last season and averaged 6.0 points, 1.6 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 22.0 minutes a game.
