Track to Compete at Husker Invite

LINCOLN, Neb. - The Baylor track and field teams head to the Frank Sevigne Husker Invite Friday and Saturday at the Bob Devaney Sports Center Indoor Track. The Devaney Center is also the site of the Big 12 Indoor Championships just around the corner Feb. 25-26.

The meet begins with the women's pentathlon and the men's heptathlon at 1 p.m. Friday, followed by the long jump and weight throw at 6 p.m. Prelims of the 60, 200, 400, 5,000 and 60-meter hurdels will aslo begin at 6 p.m.

Saturday's action continues with the final events of the men's heptathlon at 10 a.m., followed by the rest of the field events at 12 p.m. The finals of the running events begin at 1:15 p.m.
