When did you start playing your sport?
I started playing basketball when I was 11.
Who has had the greatest impact on your career?
I'd say my brother because I've always followed in his footsteps. He's the whole reason I started playing basketball.
What is the best part of being a college athlete?
Just the experience; a lot of people don't realize that you learn a lot of life's lessons just playing basketball. And all the experiences, the traveling and the all the places you get to see.
Favorite sport other than your own?
Tennis.
What is your nickname on the team and why?
LT. Actually, the first person that started calling me LT was Krystal Archer, the manager. We have an MCC connection, and when I came over here, she started calling me LT, and it just started getting around.
After meeting Coach Mulkey, what was you first thought?
She's crazy. Until this day I say that. She just says random things sometimes and I'm convinced she's crazy. But in a good way though.
If you could play a different position, what would it be?
I would be post because everyone always says I'm small and skinny and boney, and I just want to prove them wrong. I can play post too! I have a big heart.
Do you have a pre-game ritual, if so what is it?
Not really, I just think about the game and stuff. I listen to my music, that's about it.
What is the most unique item in your locker?
I don't really have a unique item in my locker, I always have my chap stick though.
What is the funniest moment from Baylor practice?
When Coach Brock was here, last year, and for birthdays we have paddle wheel and they have to run down the middle and we hit them, and he took of running and he fell at the end. I think everyone just died laughing.
Who are your favorite sports heroes?
Michael Jordan, he's cold.
What is the highlight of your sports career?
I never really thought about that, it would be to dunk but that's not realistic.
What is your most embarrassing sports moment?
I don't want to say that, why would I just put myself on blast like that?
What is the biggest challenge you have had to overcome?
Adjusting because my freshman year I was at MCC, and I would say it prepared me for this next level but at the same time, when you get here, it's different. It's just the intensity is different, up tempo, and the workouts are a little harder.
What opposing schools do you most look forward to competing against ?
Always Texas and Texas Tech. I can't stand Texas Tech, even when I was younger, I never like Texas Tech. They always have the biggest crowds; Texas is right down the road.
What is one thing Coach Mulkey always tells you?
To work hard. If you work hard and play defense, you'll play.
What is your favorite team road trip?
Of course it'd be to Indianapolis, that was just a memorable moment.
Who is your biggest fan?
My dad, he works and everything, but he always finds a way to come to my games.
Why did you choose to attend Baylor?
Because I was familiar with the area and I liked the tradition. When I came here I went to one of the games and sat down, and I was sitting at the very top of the stadium and I was like, "Man, I kind of like this, when all the lights started flashing and the players ran out..." I started coming to more games, and I said, "I want to come here. And the thing that triggered it was when they made it to the Sweet 16, and that's when I knew they were capable of making it to the Final Four. I came at the right year and I have no regrets.
What's the most important thing you've learned as a Baylor athlete?
Maturity. I know Coach Mulkey is supposed to coach us, and I know that's her job, but at the same time, she teaches us life lessons and helps us to mature into young ladies. I have matured a lot from my freshman year until now. I feel that if I can play under Coach Mulkey, I can work under anyone.
What single thing will you most miss about Baylor when you leave?
The team. Sometimes, they can really work my nerves, but we have some kind of connection, and I'm going to miss them.
Who is your all-time favorite Baylor athlete?
It's a tie between Sheila Lambert and Sophia Young. Lambert has some game, she's very respectable. And Sophia, she can all out play.
What is one thing you would change about Baylor?
It's everywhere you go, but it's kind of segregated here. The athletes hang with athletes, the white people over here and the black people over there.
As a role model to young athletes, what advice can you give?
Make the best of any situation because if you don't you're just going to be miserable.
What are three words that describe you?

Eventually, I want to be a coach and when I coach, I want to coach inner-city kids. I've seen a lot of talent, and sometimes they don't go to college because of grades or something like that. I want to teach too; I want to be in the classroom and coach too. That's where I want to come in and help.
