WACO, Texas (AP) - Sophia Young scored 18 points to help No. 12 Baylor rout Nebraska 91-69 on Wednesday.
Chameka Scott had 16 points and Rachel Allison added a career-high 15 for the Lady Bears (17-4, 7-3 Big 12). Abiola Wabara and Jessica Morrow scored 13 points apiece and Jhasmin Player had 10.
Kelsey Griffin and Kiera Hardy scored 19 points apiece to lead Nebraska (12-9, 4-6). Jessica Gerhart added 10 points.
Baylor used an 18-3 run to take a 27-10 lead with just more than 8 minutes left in the first half. Allison capped the run with a three-point play.
Young scored 11 in the first half as the Bears took a 45-22 halftime lead. The Lady Bears continued their domination in the second half and led by as much as 37 points, at 75-38 with 11 minutes left.
Baylor dominated Nebraska inside, outscoring the Huskers 52-18 in the paint.
