BAYLOR HEAD COACH Kim Mulkey
On the game:
"Thought it was typical Big 12 game. It's going to be like that a lot when you're as young as us. What we did tonight was every player on the floor when it got tight gave you something. We've got a lot of growing to do but it was better tonight. You don't win many games when the other team makes 13 three pointers, so that was a positive."
BAYLOR POST Bernice Mosby
On the game:
"I feel like the whole team stepped up. We got some big defensive stops and it was total team effort."
KANSAS STATE HEAD COACH DEB PATTERSON
On the game:
"This was a classic great Big 12 basketball game. Obviously, Mosby was tremendous tonight. She was probably the difference maker in the game. She's a big time player, able to make great, tremendous plays. She made all-American caliber plays. It's kind of like you almost don't miss a beat with as good a player Sophia Young is, plugging in Mosby."
KANSAS STATE GUARD CLAIRE COGGINS
On coming back from a 12-point deficit:
"We just came off our loss at Nebraska. This team doesn't give up. We don't get rattled. A 12-point deficit isn't really much to us. Everyone just has to step up and make big plays, and that's what they did."
