WACO, Texas (AP) -- Jhasmin Player and Melissa Jones each scored 13 points, Rachel Allison added 11, and No. 10 Baylor beat Stephen F. Austin 77-42 on Friday night.
Stephen F. Austin (2-1) scored first on Tammara Marion's jumper, but the Lady Bears then went on 28-1 run over the next 14 minutes to put away the game. Player scored eight points during the run, and Baylor (3-0) led 41-9 at halftime.
Whitney Cormier led SFA with 11 points. Ebony Alexander, who led the Ladyjacks with 13 points per game, was held to just three on 1-of-8 shooting.
