Southern Game Moved to Nov. 16

WACO, Texas - The Baylor men's basketball team's non-conference home game against the Southern Jaguars has been moved to Monday, Nov. 16 at 7 p.m. CST. The game was originally scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 22 in Waco.

The schedule shift means the men's basketball team will now play three home games in a four-day stretch to open the 2009-10 season - Friday, Nov. 13 vs. Norfolk State (7 p.m. CST), Sunday, Nov. 15 vs. Hartford (1:30 p.m. CST) and Monday, Nov. 16 vs. Southern (7 p.m. CST).

The first official day of practice is Friday, Oct. 16. Baylor opens the 2009-10 season with an exhibition game against the Central Oklahoma Bronchos Thursday, Nov. 5. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. CST at the Ferrell Center.
