FORT WORTH, Texas- Baylor's (19-10, 6-8) middle hitters (Torri Campbell-14, Adri Nora-14) came up big, combining for 28 of the team's 51 kills en route to a 3-0 (25-21, 25-20, 25-21) win over TCU (14-12, 3-10) Wednesday evening at the University Rec Center in Fort Worth. The win gives the Bears the season sweep over the Horned Frogs.

"When our middles play like that, our offense runs pretty smooth," head coach Jim Barnes said. "We have been preaching all year that the second half of our season is when we can make our run. When other teams are wearing down, we are getting better."

The Bears hit .309, its second consecutive match over .300. Nora (14-3-21) totaled a .524 hitting percentage, while Campbell (14-2-24) hit .500. Nora's 16.5 points were a season high for a BU player in three sets. Zoe Adom added eight kills and Thea Munch-Soegaard had seven.

Kate Harris totaled 40 assists and 11 digs for her 16th double-double and Hope Ogden led the way with 15 digs.

Baylor outblocked TCU 8.5-4, as Nora and Adom tied for the team lead with four blocks each.

Baylor used a 5-1 run in the middle of the set to open up a 15-11 advantage. The Bears never relinquished the lead, collecting 5.5 blocks in the opener to take a 25-21 win. Campbell and Adom each totaled five kills, while Nora had four blocks.

Campbell and Nora continued their hot play, totaling five kills apiece in set two en route to a 25-20 win. BU swung .382 in the set, committing just four errors. Baylor took an early 6-2 lead, but the Horned Frogs battled back to tie it at nine and again at 11. A quick attack from Harris gave the Bears a lead they would not relinquish. TCU tied the game at 18, but a 7-2 run to close the set, including the final two points from Campbell, gave BU the 2-0 lead at the break.

TCU took a 12-8 lead in the third before a quick three points from the Bears brought them within one. The Horned Frogs extended their lead to four (16-12), but Baylor battled it back again with a 6-1 run for an 18-17 lead. With BU leading 21-20, TCU's most dynamic server Megan Munce served the ball out of bounds. The Bears would notch three of the game's next four points for the 25-21 win and the match victory.

Baylor will return home for its final home match of the season, hosting No. 19 Iowa State on Sat., Nov. 17 at 1 p.m. It will be Senior Day as Torri Campbell, Kate Harris and Alyssa Dibbern will be honored following the match.
