TOP QUOTE
"Julian has really progressed throughout this tournament and learned how to deal with adversity. After his first round loss, we talked about the fact that every win in consolation counts the same as in main draw. He embraced that and deserves to be in the final. It's a championship match tomorrow and we want to bring back a trophy." - assistant coach Dominik Mueller on Lenz's play

WHAT'S NEXT
Lenz will now play 13th-ranked Mackenzie McDonald of UCLA on Sunday in the finals of the consolation bracket at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, N.Y.
