LUBBOCK, Texas (AP) - Odyssey Sims scored 30 points to lead No. 7 Baylor past Texas Tech, 75-58 on Wednesday night.
Sims had her 11th game of at least 30 points, making six 3-pointers and going 11 of 19 overall from the field.
Nina Davis added 13 points and 10 rebounds to help the Lady Bears (21-3, 11-1 Big 12) win their seventh in a row after dropping back-to-back games in mid-January.
Jasmine Caston scored 19 points, and Minta Spears added 14 for Texas Tech (6-18, 0-13). The loss was the Lady Raiders' 14th straight, the school's longest losing streak.
HIGHLIGHTS
• Baylor led in points off turnovers 13-6.
• Odyssey Sims' 30 points extended her streak of double-digit scoring to 35 games. Sims was last held to single-digits vs. UCONN, Feb. 18, 2013, when she had 9. She tallied the 40th career game with at least 20 points and the 12th with 30 or more.
• Sims hit six treys for the third time this season.
• Nina Davis (13 points) recorded her 20th-double digit scoring game of this season.
• Davis (13 points/10 rebounds) recorded her eighth career double-double.
• Kristina Higgins' seven rebounds were a career-high in a Big 12 game.
