SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Baylor track and field hurdler Tiffani McReynolds recorded the sixth-fastest time, 12.77, in a field of 18 runners to advance to the 100-hurdle semifinals at the USATF Outdoor Championships on Saturday.
The Kansas City, Mo., product took second in her heat to automatically qualify for Saturday's semifinals at 1 p.m. CT.
OTHER NOTABLES
• McReynolds' time was the fastest-time of her career with a legal wind under 2.0 m/s.
• McReynolds' time was the third-fastest of her career overall and her second-best of the season, after her school record performance of 12.59 at the Big 12 Championships.
• McReynolds ran a 12.78 at the NCAA Championships on May 14.

All four of Baylor's participants will be in action at the USATF Championships on Saturday. McReynolds will lead off with the 100-hurdle semifinals at 1 p.m. CT. Everett Walker will compete in the first round of the 200 meters at 1:20 p.m. CT, while Ashley Fields opens her quest in the 200 meters at 2:20 p.m. CT. Rachel Johnson will run in the finals of the 3,000-meter steeplechase at 3:56 p.m. CT.
