- Tonight's game marked the semifinals of the 16-team Preseason WNIT produced by Triple Crown Sports.
- Baylor will now face DePaul in the championship of the Preseason WNIT Nov. 22 in Waco, marking the program's third trip to the event's title game in its four appearances.
- Baylor is making its fourth appearance in the Preseason WNIT and first since 2011 ÃÆ' ¢Ãƒ ¢' ¬" BU has hosted every Preseason WNIT game it has played in, posting a 11-2 record, and has won the event one time (2011).
