MISCELLANEOUS NOTES
- Baylor is 3-0 all-time against Savannah State.
- Baylor has now won 27 consecutive non-conference home games, dating back to Dec. 12, 2012.
- Baylor has won 18 straight home games against unranked opponents, dating back to Jan. 28, 2014.
- Baylor is 85-11 when leading at the half over the last four seasons, including 3-0 last season.
- Baylor is 16-0 all-time against current members of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC).

TEAM NOTES
- Baylor scored 100 or more points for the first time since Hardin-Simmons on Dec. 1, 2013 (104). It is the 66th-time in program history to accomplish the feat. BU is 63-3 in those contests.
- Baylor scored a season-high 51 points in the first half. It was BU's most points in a first half since scoring 51 against TCU on Jan. 11, 2014.
- Baylor used a 10-0 from 6:44 to 4:05 in the first half to open up a double-digit lead, 42-27. The lead never got into single digits again.
- Baylor had five players in double-figures (Motley 21, Prince 20, Gathers 16, Freeman 14, Wainwright 10). It is third time in four games the Bears have accomplished the feat.
- Baylor held a 52-24 edge in points in the paint. They have led in that category in all four of the games this season.
- BU led 21-2 in second chance points. The Bears have led in that category in all four of the games this season.

INDIVIDUAL NOTES
- Lester Medford recorded a career-high 7 steals (previous high was 5 vs. Norfolk State on 12/30/14). That mark is tied for the 4th-most steals in program history.
- Johnathan Motley tallied the second double-double of his career and first of the season with 21 points and 10 rebounds.
- Motley tied a career-high with 9 field goals made.
- Rico Gathers finished the game with 7 rebounds, moving him past Jerry Mallett (878) for 2nd on Baylor's all-time rebound list with 881.
- Gathers finished with 16 points for the 38th game of his career with double-figuring scoring.
- Terry Maston made (5) and attempted (7) career-highs in free throws. His previous high was 4 in both categories.
- Al Freeman finished with 14 points, his fourth straight game in double figures, the first such four game streak of his career. It was the 11th-double-figure output of his career.
- Freeman tied a career-high with 5 assists.
- Freeman tied a career-high with 6 free throws made.
- Taurean Prince (20 points) had his 44th career double-figure scoring game and scored in double-digits for the 21st time in his last 22 games. It was his 10th career game with 20 or more points.
