March 18, 2015 Bryce Petty, QBOn everyone's performance today:"All in all, I thought everyone did a great job today. We came together for the first time Sunday. You talk about having a workout Sunday, 50 percent on Monday and a walk-through yesterday, I thought we did great."
On showing he can be under center:
"That's exactly what we wanted to do. I wanted to have every through under center. If I'm wanted to play under center I can play that even though I have history with the shotgun."
On what he felt after finishing Pro Day:
"I'm very sweaty. (There's been a lot of) excitement. Now that today is over the fun part begins: seeing which teams are interested and want me as their guy. It's all about being here and being happy. God's got a plan. I'm just taking it one day at a time."
On having the Cowboys quarterbacks coach here:
"I grew up in the Metroplex and all my friends are Cowboys fans so it is awesome seeing him out here. The support and the interest is great. Like I said, God's got a plan and will put me with the team that I'm supposed to be with. I'm just having a blast doing this."
On what he was looking to prove today:
"(I wanted to prove) that I can make all the throws. All the questions that are surrounding me are `Can he play in the gun? Can he make all the throws? Is he a one-read kind of guy?' I just want to say that I can play in any kind of system and run it and run it successfully."
Antwan Goodley, WR
On his physique:
"Some scouts say that I am too big and that I need to trim down, but I feel that I am a big guy and I like to play heavy. I feel that's where I am the most explosive. I feel the most healthy, so the most healthy is whatever it goes. It is a different aspect to the game, a lot of corners like physicality like that so I am definitely bringing it to them."
On what he wanted to show:
"That I can catch the ball that I can be consistent pass catcher, and I can catch everything with my hands. I feel that I did pretty well with that."
His personal performance review:
"I felt that it was great, I can't be disappointed about it. I came out and competed like I knew I could, now we just see where we go from here."
On doing drills with Bryce Petty:
"It definitely takes a lot of pressure of me, I been working with him for couple of years now. We've been doing this, so we have been preparing the whole time for this. This is the easy part, we came and we had fun."
On the process between now and the Draft:
"Probably have a couple of workouts setup with a couple of teams, pretty much make sure I am staying in shape."
On his physical game and how that will help him:
"Being physical, once you get into the league those guys are... and me being short and 5'10", those corners are six four/six five with long arms. They are good at what they do and they've being doing it for a while, so I got to use it to my advantage."
Spencer Roth, P
On today's performance:
"I feel like I did great. I was kicking the balls pretty clean inside the 20 and not many touchbacks."
On what he wanted to show the scouts:
"Consistency. They know I can hit a good ball so it is just about the consistency."
Levi Norwood, WR
On what he wanted to show the scouts today:
"The 40-yard dash was the biggest question of how fast I was. I feel like I did a good job at that today."
On catching punts:
"It is something I did here at Baylor and in high school. It was something I planned to do and something I hope to do at the next level."
On Bryce Petty's performance today:
"He did awesome. We did not help him with the few balls that we dropped but other than that all of the balls were on target and on time."
Bryce Hager, LB
On how he thought Pro Day went:
"I had a pretty good day. Went through some defensive back drills and that kind of stuff is new to me but I think I did very well."
On the pressure of Pro Day:
"You have a lot of pressure especially being at the combine. You do not know all of the coaches or scouts but it is just like playing a game, when you are out there performing you do not usually notice the outside noise and people watching you. You just have to get in the zone."
Collin Brence, NB
On today's performance:
"I am very pleased with the way today went. It was a lot of time between the end of the season and today. Just very happy that everything I put into it went well."
On what he hoped to show the scouts:
"I wanted to show that I am a solid all-around player. I can be a smart guy that can pick the play up pretty quickly. I wanted to come out and prove myself and do my best and put the rest in God's hands."
