Baylor Athletics Now Hiring Event Staff

The Baylor Athletics Department is now in the process of identifying and selecting new event staff members for the 2016 football season.

Event Staff have the opportunity to become a key part of the McLane Stadium game-day experience by joining the Event Management team. Each staff member will play a vital role in ensuring that McLane Stadium continues to provide the best experience in college football.

Members of the event staff help provide a safe and secure environment at McLane Stadium through a series of roles. Open positions currently include ushers, ticket takers, and parking management. Those interested in becoming part of the Baylor Football game-day experience should visit the Athletic Facilities and Operations office located at the Ferrell Center (1900 S University Parks Dr.). Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Positions fill quickly, so interested individuals are encouraged to apply by July 1.

The 2016 Baylor Football home schedule includes six games at McLane Stadium, beginning with the September 3 season opener against Northwestern State. The remainder of the home football is as follows:

September 10 -- SMU
September 24 -- OSU
October 15 -- KU
November 5 -- TCU
November 19 -- KSU

In addition to home football games, event staff members will also have the opportunity to work other Baylor athletic events including baseball, basketball, acrobatics & tumbling, equestrian, soccer, softball, tennis, track & field, cross country, and volleyball.
