- Wednesday was the 80th all-time series meeting. Baylor is 26-54 in the series, including a 7-26 mark in Stillwater and a 14-8 record since March 2007.
- Baylor has more wins in its last 22 games vs. OSU (14) than its previous 58 games against the Cowboys (12).

- Motley (24 points) scored in double figures for the 19th time this season, 7th game in a row, and 44th time in his career. It was his 6th game this season and the 15th of his career with 20+ points.
- Motley (11 rebounds) recorded his 3rd consecutive double-double. It was his Big 12-leading 10th double-double of the season, and his 15 career double-doubles are most among all active Big 12 players.
- Motley recorded his 3rd 20-10 game of the season and the 7th of his career.
- Motley was named to the Wooden Award Late Season Top 20 prior to the game.
- King McClure (10 points) played a season-high 23 minutes in his 2nd career start. It was his 4th double-digit scoring game of the season and the 10th of his career.
- Jake Lindsey (season-high-tying 10 points) scored in double-figures for the 2nd time this year and 3rd of his career.
