MISCELLANEOUS NOTES
- The Lady Bears are 36-12 (.745) all-time in the Big 12 Championships and 35-8 (.810) in Mulkey's tenure.
- Baylor won its 15th consecutive game over Texas Tech, cutting the all-time series to 47-40 in favor of Texas Tech.
- It was the sixth time Baylor and Texas Tech have met in the Big 12 Championships, with the Lady Bears winning all six matchups.
- Baylor's senior class of Khadijiah Cave, Nina Davis, Alexis Jones and Alexis Prince have each scored at least 1,000 points in their career. No other class has had all of its members reach that milestone in Lady Bears' history.
- Baylor's starting lineup featured Nina Davis, Kristy Wallace, Alexis Prince, Kalani Brown, and Dekeiya Cohen -- the group is 2-0 on the season as a starting unit.

BIG 12 CHAMPIONSHIPS NOTES
- Baylor set a Big 12 Championships single game record with 41 field goals and tied the record for largest rebound margin with a 28-point victory over Texas Tech.
- Baylor had five score in double figures, something that has only happened 18 times in Big 12 Championships history.
- Baylor is the No. 1 seed in the Big 12 Championship for the seventh straight year and the eighth time overall. Baylor has never lost as a No. 1 seed in the Big 12 Championship, winning seven tournament titles as a top seed (2005, 2011-2016) and once as a No. 2 seed (2009).
- This was the sixth meeting overall between Baylor and Texas Tech in the Big 12 Championship. The teams have met four times in the second round, with Baylor leading the series 6-0.
- The 44 combined points in the second quarter (Baylor, 20 and Texas Tech, 24) set a record for most points by both teams in a quarter in a Big 12 Championship game.
- Baylor had 95 points against Texas Tech, which is a record for most points scored in a second round game and third all-time at the Big 12 Women's Championship.
- Baylor outrebounded TTU 51 to 23, notching the largest rebound margin in a second round game in the tournament. It also ties for first in the largest rebound margin in any Big 12 Women's Championship game to date.
- No. 1 Baylor will play No. 4 Kansas State in the semifinals of the Big 12 Championship for just the third time, with BU leading the series 6-2 in the tournament, 2-0 in the semifinal round. This is the 13th overall and seventh-straight semifinal appearance for the Lady Bears, the most by any Big 12 women's team so far (Oklahoma, 12).

TEAM NOTES
- Five Lady Bears scored in double figures. Four or more have scored in double figures for the Lady Bears in 21 of 31 games this season.
- Baylor outscored Texas Tech, 52-18, in the paint and outrebounded the Lady Raiders, 51-23.
- Baylor is 469-19 when outshooting its opponent under Mulkey.
- Baylor is 425-38 when outrebounding its opponent under Mulkey.

INDIVIDUAL NOTES
- Khadijiah Cave scored her 1,000th point at the 5:20 mark in the second quarter. She is the 33rd Lady Bear to reach the 1,000 career point mark in school history. Cave, Nina Davis and Alexis Prince have all scored 1,000 career points, the only senior class to do and spend all four years at Baylor.
- Nina Davis garnered her 31st career double-double with 18 points and 14 rebounds, which is also her 120th game in double-digit scoring. She ranks seventh all-time at Baylor in career double-doubles
- Kristy Wallace registered her first career double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds.
- Kalani Brown (10), Nina Davis (14) and Kristy Wallace (10) each recorded 10 or more rebounds in today's contest ÃÆ' ¢Ãƒ ¢' ¬" which is the first time three players from the same team have recorded double-digit rebounds in the same game at the Big 12 Championships.
