Bears remain in top 15 following tough competition in San Diego
LEXINGTON, Ky. – For the second-straight week, Baylor volleyball is a top-15 team in the AVCA Division I Coaches Top 25 Poll, released Monday afternoon.
The No. 15 ranking is three behind last week's program-best No. 12. BU dropped a pair of matches last weekend to ranked foes, falling in five to No. 9 UCLA and in four to No. 16 San Diego.
The Bears (4-2) are ranked for the 29th time in program history and have been listed in the poll for eight straight weeks dating back to the 2017 season.
Baylor is the second-highest ranked Big 12 team behind No. 6 Texas.
No. 15 Baylor hosts No. 2 Wisconsin Friday night at 6 p.m. CT at the Ferrell Center. It will air live on Fox Sports Southwest.
