Bears will not play Sunday match in Winston-Salem, N.C.

WACO, Texas – Due to unforeseen circumstances, No. 9 Baylor and No. 1 Wake Forest men's tennis announced Sunday's match in Winston-Salem, N.C. has been canceled.
"The health and care of our student-athletes is of utmost importance to our department and tennis program. With many of our students currently experiencing flu-like symptoms, we unfortunately had to make the tough decision to cancel the match," Director of Tennis and Head Coach Brian Boland said. "We were looking forward to a top-10 matchup, and hope we will have an opportunity to reschedule in the future."
Sunday would have been Baylor's second road match of the season, most recently topping No. 24 Michigan in Ann Arbor as part of the 2019 ITA Kick-Off Weekend.
The Bears are back in action next weekend as they compete in the ITA National Team Indoor Championships, running Feb. 15-17 in Chicago, Ill.
