No. 5 EQ Closes Big 12 Regular Season at No. 8 TCU

Bears look for regular season sweep over the Horned Frogs
WACO, Texas – No. 5 Baylor equestrian (6-3, 2-1 Big 12) will close out Big 12 play on the road against No. 8 TCU (5-5, 1-2 Big 12) Saturday at 10 a.m. at Turning Point Ranch in Springtown, Texas.
"We are looking forward to getting out the road this weekend," head coach Casie Maxwell said. "We've prepared really well for this Spring season and we've had great success at home so far, but going on the road is a great test as we look towards the postseason."
BU is coming off an 11-8 non-conference home win over No. 7 Georgia on Feb. 23. The Bears earned wins in three out of four disciplines while Baylor riders also claimed three of the four MOP honors.
BU looks to sweep the regular season series for the fifth consecutive season and finish conference action with a 3-1 record. Last season, BU won in raw scores in Springtown and then secured a 10-7 home win.
The Horned Frogs are coming off of a 12-8 road loss to No. 6 Oklahoma State on Feb. 23. In Baylor and TCU's most recent encounter, the Bears edged the former fifth-ranked Horned Frogs, 10-8, at home on Oct. 27.
