
MT’s Frantzen, Paroulek Named CSC Academic All-District

Captains earn honor for performance on the court and in the classroom
WACO, Texas – Baylor men's tennis captains for the 2024 season, Christopher Frantzen and Tadeas Paroulek, were named Academic All-District by College Sports Communicators on Tuesday.
The 2023-24 Academic All-District® Men's Tennis Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Frantzen posted a perfect 4.0 GPA in his MBA program after a 3.85 undergraduate grade point average in finance and entrepreneurship. On the court, Frantzen closed his career with a 21-9 singles record in 2023-24.
Going 13-10 in singles and 13-12 in doubles his senior season for All-Big 12 second team in both, Paroulek tabbed a GPA of 3.95 in the MBA program after earning his economics and political science undergraduate degree with a 3.60.
Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced June 5.
