Bears have a 24-16 record against the Horned Frogs
WACO, Texas – The 10th-ranked Baylor equestrian team returns to the ring on Saturday to face No. 2 TCU for its last home meet of the spring season.
The meet will start at 12 p.m. CT at the Willis Family Equestrian Center for the Go Gold meet.
The Bears (2-6, 1-4) face the Horned Frogs (6-3, 3-0) in BU's third ranked matchup of the spring.
Baylor has had a week off from competition to practice after a hard-fought loss to No. 4 Oklahoma State where the Bears still had some dominating performances.
In Fences, the Bears took the event 3-2 with great rides from Madison Mitchell and Juliette Earley. Alexis Rutledge also earned an MOP for her Horsemanship ride on Gracie.
As the home slate comes to a close, it is Senior Day for the 2025 graduating class. Baylor will be honoring its 16 graduating seniors at the conclusion of the meet.
For the Jumping Seat side, Molly Canfield, Olivia Hershey, Delaney Hoffman, Madison Mitchell, Molly Roberts, Lauren Stebbins and Annie Vorhies will all be honored.
For the Western side, Mallory Fricke, Kristen McPherson, Emily Moomaw, Ella Peters, Gianna Pozzi, Sofia Renneke, Tatum Richey, Alexis Rutledge and Nadalee Vasquez will be honored.
