Bears Chase Eleventh Straight Title
WACO, Texas – Baylor acrobatics & tumbling earned the No. 1 seed for the 2026 NCATA Championship that will be held at the Felix Events Center on the campus of Azusa Pacific from April 23-26, the organization announced Monday.
The reigning champion Bears will face eighth-seeded Duquesne in Thursday's final quarterfinal matchup at 9 p.m. CT on April 23, beginning their pursuit of an eleventh consecutive title. BU won its first national title as a program in 2015 at Fairmont State, defeating Oregon for the trophy with Felecia Mulkey in her first year in Waco.
The eight-team, single-elimination tournament will begin on Thursday with four quarterfinal matchups. The semifinals are set for Friday evening, while the National Championship meet will be contested on Saturday evening. National individual event finals are scheduled for Sunday morning.
Tickets are on sale here, and all meets will also be streamed live on ESPN+. Advanced single-session tickets are priced at $15. All seating is general admission. All-session passes covering all four days of the championship are also available, priced at $45.
