• Baylor softball hits the road for its longest remaining road stretch with a Wednesday matinee at UT-Arlington, followed by a three-game set in the Sunflower State against No. 23 Kansas, with all games available on ESPN+
• The Bears will look to sweep away the season series from UTA after BU won in an 8-0 run rule against the Mavericks in Waco last month, highlighted by walk-on freshman Ella Brown hitting a walk-off double to seal the win
• BU is in the midst of a busy stretch, playing 12 games in just nine days, before returning home to face No. 13 Texas A&M
• The Bears are coming off a weekend series against Houston, where the Bears and Cougars combined for second-longest regular-season game in league history, and the second-longest game in Baylor History
• Cambree Creager threw all 15 innings for the Bears, the second-most in program history, trailing only Cristin Vitek's 16 inning performance in 2004.
• Creager established the new program record with 250 pitches in the hard-luck loss
• Senior Amber Toven set a new program record with seven at-bats in the game as well
• This Baylor team has shown a great ability to come from behind, winning five times this season, when trailing after four innings, including last Saturday against the Cougars where they trailed 2-0 entering the bottom of the sixth only to reel off a seven-run inning and even the series
• Facing a 6-1 deficit on Monday against a red-hot Lamar team, BU's comeback attempt came up just short, despite erasing an early 6-1 deficit, it was the Cardinals who rallied for a run in the seventh and two in the ninth to take the 10-8 win
• Monday was Baylor's first loss this season when leading after six innings, they are now 21-1 after six this year
• With its last Friday against Houston, Baylor eclipsed 500 all-time wins at Getterman Stadium, Baylor's next win at home will mark its 26th home winning season in 27 seasons of the venues existence
• BU has a 500-201 mark all-time at Getterman Stadium
• With a 12-3 win over UCF on March 14th, Glenn Moore surpassed 1,100 career wins, the ninth-most among active D1 coaches and the sixth-most among active power-conference head coaches
• Moore is in his 30th season as a head coach, making him the fifth-longest tenured power-conference head coach
• Ranked 34th in the RPI entering Wednesday, the Bears have been as high as 16th this season

• Named to Softball's America's top-15 midseason shortstops, Toven enters this weekend working on a career-best 19-game on-base streak
• Toven and Brooklyn Carter have shared the leadoff spot for much of the season, Carter who is batting .359 with a .431 OBP, creating chaos on the bases with 14 stolen bases, which is fourth-most in the league
• Cran enters the weekend tied with Karynton Dawson with 14 extra-basehits on the strength of three homeruns in her last three games
• Freshmen Kaygen Marshall leads the team with seven homeruns, the most by a Baylor Freshman since Kassidy Krupit hit 10 in 2019
• Olivia Buettner has worked herself into a lineup regular appearing in 29 games with 21 starts and ranks third on the team in on-base% (.443)
• Freshman Gianna Gusman has also contributed in her first season on campus appearing in 27 games with 24 starts, hitting .254, with several highlight-reel plays in the outfield
• Moore has used 37 different lineups in 38 games this season, repeating nine players in the same nine spots just once
• Toven (Arizona, 2022), Carter (Washington, 2023) and Tanner (Tennessee, 2025) all boast Women's College World Series experience at their former stops
