Brooke Whitaker is in her first season as a volunteer assistant coach after joining the Baylor family in June 2020.
Whitaker is responsible for assisting in all acrobatics & tumbling skills, while also playing a role in the communication and social media strategy for the team. In addition to volunteer coaching, Whitaker is a business manager at Litehouse Inc.
Growing up, Whitaker competed in gymnastics and competitive all-star cheerleading for 13 years and was recruited to be on the University of Oregon Acrobatics and Tumbling team by Coach Mulkey. She helped lead the team in back-to-back NCATA National Championships from 2012-2014, while competing in all events. In 2015 she graduated with her undergraduate degree from Oregon.
