Earned the starting running back job in the preseason and played in the first two games of the year before suffering a season-ending injury at No. 21 BYU in week two … Will take a redshirt … Rushed 18 times for 67 yards, also catching five balls for 27 yards … Had 12 rushes for 45 yards and four catches for 20 yards in the season-opening win over UAlbany … Went for six rushes for 22 yards and one catch for seven yards before the injury at BYU. 

2021 (Sophomore)
Played in 10 games as a sophomore ... Finished 4th on the team with 183 rushing yards ... Tied for the third-most rushing touchdowns on the team ... Made his season debut against Texas Southern (9/11), carried the ball six times for 102 yards and his career-first touchdown -- the first 100-yard game of his career ... Rushed six times for 54 yards and a touchdown in the Big 12 opener at Kansas (9/18) ... Did not record any stats against Iowa State (9/25) ... Did not play at Oklahoma State (10/2) ... Had five carries for 25 yards against West Virginia ... Played but did not record any stats against BYU (10/16), Texas (10/30), TCU (11/06), and Oklahoma (11/13) ...
