Rhonda Jarvis joined the Baylor staff in February 2018, taking the role of student assistant coach after retiring from softball due to lingering injuries.
Jarvis took two medical redshirt seasons in 2016 and 2017, but was never able to make an appearance with the Lady Bears.
She will assist during practice and games for the squad, bringing valuable experience and knowledge of the system to help develop her teammates.
Jarvis is pursuing her bachelor's degree in accounting.
