Evan Iluzada came back to Baylor in 2024-25 as Director of Operations for the track & field and cross country programs.
In his role, he oversees team travel, meet management and recruiting logistics for 100+ student-athletes and coaches.
Now in his second stint with the program, Evan worked as Director of Waco Operations at Bridge City Coffee from 2022-24.
He worked with the track & field program in the director of operations role from 2010-21, working under longtime head coach Todd Harbour in that span.
Iluzada also has experiene as a campus director/outreach for multiple events and load planner at Penske Logistics.
Iluzada earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Carolina University in 2003, majoring in mathematics. He earned his Master of Science in Education, specializing in sports pedagogy, from Baylor University in 2009.
A native of Lincolnton, N.C., he is married to Christina Iluzada, a Clinical Associate Professor and Assistant Director of the McBride Center in the Baylor University Hankamer School of Business. The couple has two boys, Jude and John.
