Before Baylor (South Plains): Two-year letterwinner at South Plains [Texas] Junior College...Led team to the team national championship as a sophomore...Ran the second leg on South Plains[apos] national champion 4x100-meter relay that clocked 40.05 in the finals...All-American in the 4x100- and 4x400-meter relays...Ran second leg on the national runner-up 4x400-meter relay...Finished fourth overall in the triple jump and fourth in the 400-meter hurdles...NJCAA qualifier in 200 meters, 400 meters, 400-meter hurdles, triple jump and both relays...Named the Jumps Newcomer MVP...Holds personal bests of 21.5 in the 200 meters, 47.6 in the 400 meters, 52.3 in the 400-meter hurdles and 51-04 in the triple jump.
