Taijh Delahoussaye joined Baylor Athletics in June of 2022 as the director of recruiting for the women's basketball program.

Delahoussaye previously worked as the LSU women's basketball director of recruiting from 2019 to 2021 where she oversaw all recruiting responsibilities. This included but wasn't limited to planning logistics for all visits, planning coaches travel, managing recruiting databases and assisted the social media and marketing teams with their efforts.

As a student at LSU, she worked as a member of the recruiting staff as a team leader from 2014-2018. In that role, she helped market LSU to prospective student-athletes and their families while helping with logistical planning for all recruiting visits. She also oversaw planning for special events, including College GameDay.

The New Iberia, Louisiana, native graduated from LSU in 2018 with her bachelor's in sport administration.
