Gabriela Quarles serves as an Account Manager with Anthony Travel, supporting Baylor Athletics through team and athletics staff travel coordination. In her role, she manages travel logistics and operations to ensure seamless experiences for Baylor teams and staff.
Quarles joined Baylor in January 2026, bringing a strong background in elite-level sports travel and athletic operations. Prior to arriving in Waco, she worked with the Chicago Bears as a Team Logistics Associate from 2024-25, where she coordinated team travel and accommodations for players, coaches, and staff. Her responsibilities included managing travel logistics for preseason and regular-season games, supporting the 2024 NFL London Games, and assisting with hotel planning, travel manifests, and day-to-day operational needs for team activities and events.
Before her time in the NFL, Quarles gained experience at Northwestern University, serving as an Athletics Administrative Assistant in early 2024, where she supported department leadership with travel coordination, scheduling, and special projects, and assisted with logistics for coaching searches and campus visits. She also served as a Football Student Equipment Manager from 2022–2023, supporting daily operations, practices, and game-day activities while coordinating equipment and travel needs for the program, including international travel for the 2022 AerLingus Classic against Nebraska.
Quarles earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Miami and her Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University.
She is engaged to Luke Bohemier, and the couple will be married in July 2026.
