Matt List joined the Baylor Athletics staff in January 2021. He serves as Associate Director of Athletics Performance with football.
Prior to his appointment at Baylor, List was a sports performance coaching assistant at New Mexico State from 2019-20. While with the Aggies, he worked with football, baseball, volleyball, track and swimming.
In the spring of 2019, List completed an internship at LSU working with the football team and alongside Baylor’s Director of Athletics Performance Vic Viloria. List also completed an internship at Wyoming in 2018.
A two-time Wyoming graduate, he earned an undergraduate degree in communications in 2018 and a master’s degree in health service administration in 2020. List was a three-year football letter winner and played fullback at Wyoming from 2014-17.
A native of Colorado Springs, Colo., he holds a CSCS Certification through the NSCA as well as his USAW-Level 1 Sports Performance Coach.
