Men's Tennis Upset by San Diego State

SAN DIEGO - The Baylor men's tennis team lost to San Diego State 4-3 in California Monday.
The two teams split the six singles matches, but SDSU won the doubles point with wins at the Nos. 1 and 2 positions.
The Bears won three singles matches as Zoltan Papp defeated Matt Bere (6-3, 6-3), Johannes Michalsky defeated Adam Webster (6-3, 6-2) and Mark Williams defeated Gabe Coren (2-6, 6-3, 6-4).
In doubles play, the Bears picked up their lone win with Williams and Csongor Bibza defeating the Aztecs no. 3 pair (8-5).
Baylor will return to action March 16 as they take on 29th ranked Miami at the Streich Tennis Courts Match time is set for noon.
