Men's Tennis Reaches Finals Match in Doubles

Waco, Texas - Baylor's Benjamin Becker, the ITA South Central Regional No. 3 seed, will play in the singles semifinal match at 9 a.m. Monday, Oct. 27 against Lester Cook of Texas A&M. Becker, reaches the semifinals match undefeated in the tournament after a come back victory defeating Alex Menichini of TCU 3-6, 6-3, 7-5 in the quarterfinals match.
In doubles competition Becker and Ivor Lovrak defeated Jimmy Haney and Pete Stroer of Texas 8-6 in the semifinal round. Becker and Lovrak will compete in the doubles final at 10 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 27 against Rafael Abren and Sestini Fabrizio of TCU.
