Baylor returns home for three straight after playing three of its last four on the road, beginning with No. 19 Texas Saturday at 7 p.m. at the Ferrell Center.
The Bears have lost five straight, while the Longhorns have won four in a row and nine of their last 10.
Baylor is led by junior outside hitter Nicole LeBlanc, who ranks seventh in the Big 12 with 3.87 kills per game, and sophomore libero Kristen Schramek, who ranks seventh in the league with 3.92 digs per game.
Texas is led by Brandy Magee, who leads the Big 12 with a .458 hitting percentage and is averaging 3.67 kills per game.
Texas leads the all-time series against Baylor, 53-2, and have won six straight in the series. The Longhorns are 23-2 all-time in Waco. Baylor's last victory against Texas came on Oct. 27, 2001, when the Bears outlasted the Longhorns in five.
The Bears return to action when they host Oklahoma Wednesday at 7 p.m. and Kansas State Saturday at 1:30 p.m. prior to the home football game against Nebraska.
