STORY LINES
• No. 6/7 Baylor (8-0) €ˆwill face its second non-conference true road game test of the season when it travels to Provo, Utah, to face BYU €ˆ(8-2). Saturday's game will tip at 1 p.m. CST €ˆon BYUtv (free live video at BYUtv.org/watch).
• In addition to facing the Cougars, Baylor will be competing against one of the nation's best home-court advantages, Marriott Center, where BYU is 48-1 in its last 49 non-conference home games.
• Saturday will be the eighth series meeting between Baylor and BYU and the first since 1979. BYU leads the all-time series 5-2 and has won each of the last four meetings.
• Baylor has won six straight non-conference true road games and is 7-4 in such games in the Scott €ˆDrew era.
• Baylor has won 15 of its last 21 non-conference games away from home since the 2007-08 season.

• Baylor is the only school with multiple players ranked in the Top 20 nationally in blocked shots - Acy (14th), Jefferson (t18th).
• Brady Heslip (20-of-50), Pierre Jackson (12-of-20), Anthony Jones (9-of-24) and Quincy Miller (7-of-15) are shooting a combined 44 percent from 3-point range, accounting for 48 of Baylor's 53 3-point FG through six games.

• 38 percent of Acy's career points (384 of 1,001) have come from dunks.

• In Scott Drew's nine seasons as head coach, Baylor has produced seven 1,000-point scorers - all in the last six seasons. Baylor's seven latest 1,000-point scorers have produced an average of 1,496 career points, while four of the last seven 1,000-point scorers currently rank in the top 10 in program history - LaceDarius Dunn (1st), Curtis Jerrells €ˆ(4th), Tweety Carter (8th) and Kevin Rogers (9th).

A DIFFERENT GEAR
• Junior G €ˆPierre Jackson began his Baylor career by averaging 7.7 points on 39 percent shooting (7-of-18) and 5.3 assists in his first three games (24.7 minutes off the bench). Since then, Jackson is averaging 14.4 points on 71 percent shooting (22-of-31) and 3.8 assists in his last five games (21.8 minutes off the bench).
• Jackson is shooting 69 percent from 3-point range, knocking down 9-of-13 3-point shots, in the last five games. In his first three games, the Las Vegas, Nev., native was just 3-of-7 from 3-point range (43 percent).
