MISCELLANEOUS NOTES

• Baylor is 41-13 in the month of December under Drew, including a 33-4 record in its last 37 December games.
• Baylor is now 91-26 against non-conference competition in the Drew era. • The Bears are now 1-0 all-time vs. USC Upstate.
• Baylor is 30-7 against first-time foes in the Drew era and 3-1 this year.
• Baylor is now 6-1 vs. teams currently playing as members of the Sun Belt Conference.
• The Bears are 6-1 when scoring 70 or more points this season.
• The starting lineup of Jackson, Heslip, Walton, Jefferson and Austin improved to 6-2 on the year.
• BU is now 6-0 this season when leading at the half.

TEAM NOTES

• Baylor has made at least one 3-point field goal in 667 consecutive games - the second-longest active streak in the Big 12 (Texas). The last time Baylor did not connect from 3-point range was Feb. 21, 1990 vs. Texas Tech.
• The Bears are 78-119 in the Drew era and 3-3 this year when shooting below 50% on field goals.
• Baylor had 50 points in the paint. It's the third time BU has eclipsed the 40-point mark in that category this year and the first since Nov. 11 vs. Jackson State.

INDIVIDUAL NOTES

• Pierre Jackson (15 points) scored in double figures for the 18th straight game. He's averaging 18.5 points and 6.2 assists per game during the streak.
• Jackson had his 36th career double-figure scoring game and he has scored in double figures in 25 of 30 career starts.
• Jackson has at least one three-point basket in every game this season and two or more in seven of 10 games.
• Cory Jefferson (2 blocks) had his 20th career game with 2+ blocks.
• Jefferson moved into 10th-place on Baylor's career blocked shots list. His 73 blocks put him ahead of Greg Davis' (2000-02) total of 72.
• Jefferson (10 pts) had his seventh double-digit performance of the year and the 12th of his career.
• Isaiah Austin (12 pts, 10 reb) recorded his third career double-double and second straight.
• Austin had a career-high five assists.
• Brady Heslip has hit a three-pointer in each game he has played this season and 16-straight dating back to last year.
• A.J. Walton scored in double-figures for the fourth-time this season and the 15th-time in his career.
