ORLANDO, Fla. - Baylor men's tennis was undefeated in singles at the 2015 USTA/ITA Clay Court Invitational Friday at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
Redshirt freshman Will Little defeated South Carolina's Alex Fennell 3-6, 6-3, 6-1 in the round of 16 Friday afternoon. Little is currently 2-0 in the singles bracket.
True freshman Jimmy Bendeck downed Michigan's Myles Schalet in straight sets to win 6-4, 7-6(3) in the singles round of 16 Friday morning.
In doubles, Bendeck and Little fell to Florida State's third-seeded Jose Gracia and Marco Nunez, 8-5 in the quarterfinals.
WHAT'S NEXT
Little will face Pepperdine's Guilherme Hadlich in the quarterfinals Saturday morning. Bendeck will play USC's Harrison O'Keefe for a spot in the semifinals on Saturday afternoon.
