COLUMBUS, Ohio – No. 10 Baylor men's tennis has another chance against a nationally ranked No. 1 team on Tuesday, as the Bears face Ohio State on Tuesday at the Ty Tucker Tennis Center at 5 p.m. CT.
In the Buckeyes' 9-0 home record, they have swept eight opponents and only allowed one point to be scored against them with a win from Illinois on the fifth singles court.
Ohio State holds a 6-1 series record over the Bears, with BU winning the first-ever dual match in the NCAA quarterfinals en route to the 2004 national championship.
Baylor is 3-12 all-time against No. 1 teams, taking two wins against then-No. 1 TCU last season and falling to then-No. 1 Virginia in the fourth match of the 2023 season.
