ORLANDO – Baylor women's basketball will participate in the second annual WBCA Showcase, playing Iowa and Davidson at Walt Disney World's ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, as announced by the association on Tuesday afternoon. The Bears will suit up to face the University of Iowa Hawkeyes on Nov. 20 at 8 p.m. CT before a bout with the Davidson College Wildcats on Nov. 22 at 4:30 p.m. CT at State Farm Field House.
 
The showcase includes eight programs: Baylor, Central Missouri, Davidson, Iowa, Miami (Fla.), Missouri, Washington State and West Florida, with six games played over four days from The Most Magical Place on Earth.
 
Baylor and Iowa will face off for the third time in program history, but the first out of the NCAA Tournament. The two squads squared up in the 2015 Sweet 16 and the 2019 Elite Eight, with BU claiming both victories, including the decisive 32-point win in 2019 en route to a third national championship.
 
The game against Davidson will be the first-ever meeting between the two programs. The Wildcats concluded their 2024-25 season with a 19-14 record, finishing third in the Atlantic 10 Conference and earning a postseason berth in the Women's Basketball Invitation Tournament.
 
Tickets for the event are on sale now exclusively through Ticketmaster, starting at $25, and will not be sold on-site at State Farm Field House on game days.
 
The remainder of the Bears' 2025-26 non-conference schedule will be released at a later date.
