BU A&T Begins a Road Swing against LIU, AIC, and Iona

WACO, Texas – The top‑ranked Baylor Bears travel on the road to face off in a tri-meet against LIU and American International College on March 7th at 1 p.m. CT at the Henry A. Butova Gymnasium in Springfield, Mass. On March 9th, the Bears compete against No. 4 Iona at the Hynes Athletic Center in New Rochelle, NY at 1 p.m. CT.

The Bears enter the week holding the No. 1 spot in the NCATA preseason poll for the 11th straight year and they look to carry that focus forward as they continue to defend their title.
This is the Bears' first meeting with American International College. They lead both series with Iona and LIU 1-0.

Baylor also picked up national honors this week. Mo Arthur earned NCATA Freshman of the Week for the fourth consecutive week and Payton Washington received her third Athlete of the week award this season.
