Sophomore guard averaged 14.5 points in two tournament games for Baylor
LAS VEGAS – Baylor men's basketball sophomore guard Cameron Carr has been named to the College Basketball Crown All-Tournament Team, the tournament announced Monday.
Carr recorded double-figure scoring performances in both of the Bears' tournament contests at the T-Mobile Arena and MGM Grand Garden Arena, averaging 14.5 points and 10.5 rebounds per game in Las Vegas.
Against Minnesota in the quarterfinals, Carr finished with 15 points and nine rebounds to help Baylor advance with a 67-48 victory over the Golden Gophers Baylor.
In the semifinals against Oklahoma on Saturday, Carr finished with his fourth double-double of the season, posting 14 points and tying a career-high 12 rebounds as Baylor fell 82-69 to the Sooners. Carr ended the season as Baylor's program-leading sophomore in points with 642 total points.
The sophomore guard averaged 18.9 points, 5.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.3 blocks per game during the 2025-26 season for the Bears.
