2020 Indoor: All-American on the 4x400-meter relay team that ranked 14th in the NCAA with a time of 3:06.93 to earn a spot at the NCAA Indoor Championships... Took home two All-Big 12 honors, one as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team and one as part of the distance medley relay team... Helped 4x4 finish as the runner-up at the Big 12 Indoor Championships with a time of 3:07.05... Member of DMR team that took fifth at Big 12 Indoors with a time of 10:05.32... Placed fifth in the 200 meters to open the season at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational in Iowa with a time of 21.75... Part of 4x400-meter relay team that took home the victory at Iowa with a time of 3:14.12... Helped 4x400-meter relay team defeat Texas A&M for the win at the Aggie Invitational with a season-best time of 3:06.93... Finished sixth in the 200 meters at Texas A&M with a time of 21.56... 2018: Helped both Husky relays qualify for the NCAA West Preliminaries outdoors while indoors he broke into the UW top-10 list in the 400-meters and anchored UW to an MPSF 4x4 title … outdoors, anchored the 4x400m relay to a fourth-place Pac-12 Championship finish in a season-best 3:08.81 and ran on 4x100m relay that placed sixth in 41.25 … at West Prelims, 4x400m took 21st in 3:08.91 and 4x100m relay was 14th in 40.50, just missing an NCAA final site spot by two places … was third leg on 4x100m relay that ran season-best 40.16 to win the UW-WSU Dual and qualify for West Prelims … second in the UW-WSU Dual 400-meters in 47.58 … a wind-aided 200m best of 21.33 at the Trojan Invitational … a wind-legal 200m PR of 21.41 at the Ken Shannon Invitational … part of winning 4x400m relay at Pepsi Team Invite in 3:13.31 and third in the 400m in 48.63 … indoors, had a great season capped off by anchoring the 4x4 to the MPSF title in 3:09.57, the sixth-fastest time in school history … took fourth in the MPSF 400-meters in a lifetime-best of 46.84, going to No. 5 in school history … also anchored 4x4 to a win at the Don Kirby Invite in 3:09.68, No. 7 in school history … ran a 46.97 at the Don Kirby, converted for altitude to 47.08 … won the UW Invitational 400-meters in 47.29 seconds.
2017: Posted the top 400-meter times on the team indoors and out and helped the 4x400m relay squad advance to NCAA West Preliminaries … lowered his PR in the 400-meters to 47.54 at the Beach Invitational, taking the victory … had one of the most memorable moments of the season as he anchored the 4x400-meter relay which edged Washington State in the Dual Meet to clinch the team victory in Seattle … anchored the 4x4 relay at the Pac-12 Championships which finished third in a season-best time of 3:08.42 … placed 12th in the open 400m at Pac-12s in a time of 48.06 … opened the outdoor season with a second-place finish at the Trojan Invite in a 400m time of 48.02 … also won the 400m in the UW-WSU Dual in 48.26 seconds … anchored the relay at NCAA West Preliminaries in Austin which finished 21st overall in 3:10.16 … set a 200m PR of 21.90 at the Ken Shannon Invitational … indoors, took 13th in the MPSF Championships with a new indoor PR of 48.01 seconds and ran on the 4x4 that finished seventh in 3:12.85 … also ran the 400m leg on the top DMR of the indoor season, which was fifth at MPSFs in 9:50.99 … took eighth in the 400m at the Husky Classic in 48.30.
2016: A very promising freshman season, as he made the Pac-12 final at 400-meters and ran on the 4x400m relay which qualified for NCAA West Prelims … at his first Pac-12 meet, ran a PR of 47.66 seconds in the prelims to advance to the final, where he finished eighth overall in 48.26 … ran on the team’s top 4x4 relay which was 19th at the West Preliminary meet in Kansas running 3:09.70 … also ran on the 4x4 relay at Pac-12s, taking seventh in 3:12.89 … won the 400-meters at the Ken Shannon Invite in 48.01 seconds … also took second in the 400m at the UW-WSU Dual in 48.24 … part of the top 4x400m relay time of the year, as the group ran 3:09.59 at the Pepsi Team Invitational for second … indoors, helped the 4x4 relay take eighth at the MPSF Championships in 3:14.81, and was 27th in the open 400m in 50.32 … season-best indoor 400m time of 49.33 at the Husky Classic.
High School: One of the top quarter-milers in the state over the past two years … won the 400-meters 4A state title in 2014 and was the runner-up in 2015 … set a 400-meters PR as a senior at the Shoreline Invitational, going 48.28 … won the KingCo title as a senior in both the 200m and 400m, running a 200-meters PR of 22.10 and winning the 400m in 48.62 seconds … helped the 4x100m relay take third at state in 2015 … won the 2014 state 400m title, running a then-PR time of 48.61 seconds in the final … ran the third leg on Bothell’s state champion 4x100m relay in 2013 … graduated with a 3.67 GPA.
