2020 Indoor: All-American on the 4x400-meter relay team that ranked 14th in the NCAA with a time of 3:06.93 to earn a spot at the NCAA Indoor Championships... All-Big 12 in the 4x400-meter relay after helping the Bears to a runner-up finish at Big 12 Indoors with a time of 3:07.05... Had the 12th-best time of the 200 meters prelims at Big 12 Indoors (21.36)... Opened the season with a runner-up finish in the 60 meters at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational in Iowa, clocking in at 6.71... Had the second-best time of the 60 meters prelims at Iowa (6.75)... Member of 4x400-meter relay team that took home the victory at Iowa with a time of 3:09.89... Runner-up in the 200 meters at the Texas A&M Invitational with a time of 21.30... Helped 4x400-meter relay team defeat Texas A&M for the win at the Aggie Invitational with a season-best time of 3:06.93... Member of 4x100-meter relay team that placed fourth in a time of 39.92... Won the 200 meters at the National Relay Championships with a time of 20.89... Ran season-best times in the 100 meters (10.21) and 200 meters (20.71) at the Michael Johnson Invitational, finishing third in both events... Won the 100 meters at Texas A&M's "The Reveille" meet, clocking in at 21.11... Also placed fourth in the 100 meters at The Reveille, running a time of 10.34... 2019 Indoor: Took home All-Big 12 awards in the 60 meters and 200 meters... Placed third in the 60 meters the Big 12 Championships, clocking a personal-best time of 6.64... Also took third in the 200 meters at Big 12s with a time of 20.96... Finished third in the 60 meters at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational with a time of 6.73... Took fourth in the 200 meters at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational, clocking in at 21.55... Member of 4x400-meter relay team that won at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational in 3:14.40... Won the 60 meters at the season-opening Ted Nelson Invitational, clocking a time of 6.72... Placed second in the 200 meters at the Ted Nelson Invitational with a time of 21.05, missing the victory by .01.

2018 Outdoor: Achieved All-Big 12 accolades in the 100 meters, 200 meters, 4x100-meter relay,  and 4x400-meter relay... Ran a season-best time of 10.12 in the 100 meters at the Big 12 Championship prelims, the best in the field... Went on to place fifth in the finals with a time of 10.41 to earn all-conference... Posted a season-best 200-meter time of 20.61 to place fourth in the prelims at the Big 12 Championship... Finished fifth in the finals (20.84) to earn All-Big 12... Finished 11th in the 200 meters with a time of 10.50 at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships to earn a spot at the NCAA Championships... Helped the Bears' 4x100-meter relay team place second at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 39.43 to earn all-conference... Member of Baylor's 4x400-meter relay squad that placed third (3:05.41) at the conference meet to earn All-Big 12 accolades.  

2018 Indoor: Earned All-Big 12 honors in the 60 meters and 200 meters... Finished strong with a season-best time of 6.70 in the 60 meters to place third at the Big 12 Championship and earn all-conference... Posted a third-place finish in the 60 meters at the Texas A&M Quadrangular with a time of 6.79... Placed fifth at the Power Five Invitational with a 60-meter time of 6.83... Tied for fourth at the Big 12 Championship with a time of 20.97 in the 200m finals, earning All-Big 12... Won the 200 meters at the Texas Tech Matador Qualifier with a time of 21.08... Placed second at the Texas A&M Quadrangular with a 200-meter time of 21.24.

2017: Had an impressive freshman year, which included his first career All-America honors in the indoor season and earning seven All-Big 12 honors and the Indoor and Outdoor Outstanding Freshman award in the conference...Was the eighth time in conference history that the indoor and outdoor honor had gone to the same men’s athlete...Also finished as the high point scorer at the Big 12 Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Lawrence, Kan. with 20.5 points...Won the Big 12 200m crown in both indoor and outdoor seasons, finishing with times of 20.10w and 20.76...Ran a personal-best time of (20.83) 20.69 at the NCAA Indoor Championships to earn All-American honors...Was the leadoff leg for the Big 12 championship 4x400-meter relay squad at the outdoor meet...Finished second in the 4x100-meter relay in the outdoor season and 4x400m relay at the indoor meet...Other highlights include meet titles at the Baylor Invitational (100m) and the Michael Johnson and Red Raider Shootout in the 200 meters...Participated in the 2017 Pan Am Championships over the summer, advancing to the 100m final with a time of 10.72.

High School: Completed historic four-year prep career at Archbishop Carroll High School in Washington, D.C...Helped Lions' 4x100-meter relay to 2016 New Balance National title as second leg...Placed third in 100 meters (10.35) and second in 200-meter event (20.71) at Great Southwest Classic with personal-best times in both events...Was first prep sprinter from state of Maryland to run a sub-21 second 200 meters...Named 2015 Maryland Gatorade Athlete of the Year...Won Maryland 4A state titles in the 100m, 200m and 400m in 2015...Added those three state trophies to 2014 Maryland 4A state 200-meter title...Was member of 2015 USA National Youth Team that competed in Cali, Columbia...Spent three seasons at Bowie High School in Prince George's County, Md., before transferring to Archbishop Carroll High School in Washington, D.C. for senior season...Boasts personal bests of 10.35 (100m), 20.55 (200m) and 47.37 (400m).
