2023 Indoor: Started her season with a first-place title in the 600y with a 1:20.21 at the Corky Classic … Recorded the 10th-best 600 meters in collegiate history with a 1:27:57 at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Collegiate Invitational … Recorded a personal-best in the 800m with a 2:06.14 at the Razorback Invitational … Placed first in the 4x400 with a 3:33.28 and second in the 600y with a 1:18.72 in the Big 12 Indoor Championships

2022 Outdoor: Earned a personal best in the 200m with a time of 25.62 and ran the 400m with a time of 57.86 at the TCU Invitational… Ran a 1:01.79 in the 400m at the 44 Farms Team Invitational… Competed in the Michael Johnson Invitational with a 26.83 in the 200m and a 59.71 in the 400m… Ended her season with a 57.99 in the 400m at the LSU Invitational ... All Big-12 Academic First Team.

2022 Indoor: Started her season by placing fourth at the Corky Classic in the 4x400m with a time of 3:46.73… Earned fifth place with a time of 11:47.77 in the distance medley relay at the Rod McCravy Memorial Track & Field Meet… Competed in the Texas Tech Shootout in the 400m with a time of 57.29 and 600y with a time of 1:28.23.

2021 Outdoor: Opened the outdoor season at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays with a 56.26 race in the 400 meters ... On the relay squad that finished first at the Baylor Invitational ... Finished 12th at the LSU Alumni Gold in the 400 ... Competed in the preliminary rounds of the Big 12 Outdoor Championships in the 400. 

2021 Indoor: Set a PR (1:20.88) to win the silver medal at the Big 12 Indoor Championships in the 600 yards in Lubbock, Texas ... Big 12 Champion in the 4x400 relay with a 3:31.90 ... Part of the All-American relay quartet that finished eighth at the NCAA Championships ... Personal-best set in the 400 meters at the Texas Tech Shootout with a 54.46 race and finished fifth ... Opened the season at the Corky Classic, winning both the 600 yards and the 4x400 relay ... Champion of the Texas Tech Invitational in the 600 yards.

High School: Four-year letterwinner at Grandview High School... Two-time Colorado State Champion in the 400m in 2018 and 2019... 2019 runner-up in the 800m at the Colorado state meet...
