2023 Outdoor: Began the season in sixth for hammer throw at the TCU Alumni Invitational ... Shined on his home circle in Waco, finishing seventh in the shot put competition at the Clyde Hart Classic and completing his best throw in the hammer for 51.09 meters at the Michael Johnson Invitational ... Finished ninth at the LSU Invitational in the shot put. 

2023 Indoor: Opened his collegiate career with a 7th (shot put) and 12th place (weight throw) finish at the Corky Classic ... Set a new PR of 16.52 meters in the shot put at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational for eighth place and finished 11th in the weight throw ... Threw his best attempt in weight throw for 17.13 meters at the Tiger Paw Invitational ... Finished the Big 12 Championships in 11th for shot put and 13th for weight throw.
